Pura Vida’s chefs have a background in Mexican cuisine, along with training from Californian chefs – creating a fusion menu loved by guests.

Breakfast Examples

  • Chia pudding with mango, blueberry, blackberry, and turmeric

  • Granola and yogurt or coconut milk

  • Apple and coconut oatmeal

  • Tortillas, eggs, black beans, homemade hot sauce, and cheese

  • Coffee and tea served with dairy and plant based milks

Lunch Examples

  • Fresh greens salad with sprouts

  • Vegan spring rolls with beets, carrots, seed mixture, and spinach

  • Guacamole with tortilla chips or crackers

  • Handmade empanadas with cheese or black beans

Pura Vida also offers an all-day juice bar with fresh-squeezed juices and healthy snacks for purchase.

Yelapa is a 10-minute walk away with local shops, cafés, and restaurants.
