Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Below explains our refund and cancellation policies.
Appointment Cancellations or Reschedules:
To reschedule or cancel an appointment: Please use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email at least 36 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you do not have your confirmation email, or your appointment is within 36 hours, please immediately contact your coach or Client Care via love@centerforemotionaleducation.com.
We require all clients to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full session using the payment method provided at booking, or if they are using a package code, one session will be deducted from their package. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel with more than 36 hours notice, you will not be charged any fees. We look forward to speaking with you!
Appointment Refunds:
All live appointments are non-refundable. We require all new clients to schedule a complimentary Feel Better Already Strategy Session with the coach of their choice prior to purchasing their initial coaching sessions. This is to ensure both the client and the coach want to continue sessions with each other.
Course Refunds:
Self-Study Courses: Our self-study courses give clients full access to view and download when purchased. Therefore, these are non-refundable because clients have already received the whole course. Clients can keep our course material forever. If clients have any questions about a course, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Live Group Courses: Our live group courses require clients to agree to Community Safety Guidelines before class begins to help us keep our classrooms a safe space for everyone. If clients do not agree to our guidelines, they must let us know before class begins or within 30 days of their initial purchase, whichever is sooner. In this instance, clients will receive a full refund minus any credit card processing fees. If clients do not let us know within 30 days, their refund will also be minus any affiliate commissions, and the remainder of the refund will be at our discretion.

Physical Product Refunds:
We provide a customer satisfaction guarantee for any damaged or defective items purchased from our shop.
For refunds or issues, please reach out to love@centerforemotionaleducation.com and include your order number, item(s) you purchased, and a picture of the damaged item. (We will need to determine if it was damaged during shipping or elsewhere. Thank you.)
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase. If your refund request is accepted, please allow 3-7 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
General Terms:
When clients meet our refund requirements, they may choose if their refund goes to their original purchase method or if they would like a CEE credit. (CEE credits do not expire.)
For any damaged physical items: Clients need to notify us within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to replace the damaged item for free. Or, clients can choose to receive a full refund as a CEE credit, or as a refund minus fees (such as shipping and credit card processing) to their original purchase method.
For approved refund requests under 30 days: Clients will receive a full refund minus any credit card processing fees and shipping fees.
**Bonus Option: If a refund request is under 30 days, and the client chooses for their refund to be issued as a CEE credit, they will not be charged credit card processing fees. They will receive the full original price they paid as a credit to use for any other courses or physical products at the Center for Emotional Education. These credits do not expire.
For refunds requests over 30 days: These are at our discretion. If approved, clients will receive a full refund minus any credit card processing fees and shipping fees, and minus any associated affiliate commissions.
